Role Overview

Tesala International is seeking a creative and motivated Volunteer Graphics Designer to support the organization’s communication and branding efforts.

The ideal candidate will design visual content that effectively communicates Tesala’s mission, programs, and impact. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with a dynamic start-up team while contributing to youth empowerment and workforce development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design digital and print materials including posters, flyers, social media graphics, and reports.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the communications and program teams to visualize project ideas.
• Support content creation for social media and awareness campaigns.
• Develop innovative visuals that reflect Tesala’s values and storytelling approach.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (students are encouraged to apply).
• 1-2 years of practical experience in design (professional or freelance).
• Proficiency in AI tools and design software such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW or Figma.
• Strong creativity and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of social media design trends.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Passion for design, innovation, and social impact work.
