Role Overview

Tesala International is seeking proactive and organized Project Support Volunteers to assist in the coordination and delivery of ongoing programs and initiatives.

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about youth empowerment, education development work, and teamwork. Project Support Volunteers will provide essential administrative, technical and operational support to ensure smooth execution of Tesala’s workforce development and capacity-building projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project planning, coordination, and documentation.
  • Assist in designing, and organizing training sessions, virtual meetings, and events.
  • Track project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and progress updates.
  • Help maintain effective communication within teams and with partners.
  • Contribute to research, data collection, and content development as needed.
  • Uphold Tesala’s values in all interactions and project engagements.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Development Studies, Business Administration, or a related field (students and graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or volunteer work is an added advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable using digital collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Trello, or Microsoft Office).
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute.
  • Commitment to teamwork, integrity, and social impact.
